What personal information DriveBooked collects, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

Draft for review. This document is a working draft written to reflect how DriveBooked operates. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and must be checked and approved before the site goes live.

1. Information we collect from learners

Your name, email address, mobile number, home postcode and any pickup details you provide, along with your booking details: test centre, test date and time where applicable, transmission, tuition hours, availability and any notes.

2. Information we collect from instructors

Your name, email address, mobile number, claimed ADI or PDI status and number, home postcode, areas and test centres covered, vehicle details, experience, profile photo, biography and availability.

3. How we use your information

To match learner bookings with suitable instructors, to manage bookings and payments, to send transactional notifications about your booking, and to verify instructor credentials.

4. Who we share it with

Before a booking is accepted, instructors see only non-identifying details: test centre, test date and time, transmission, tuition hours and the learner's postcode district.

Once an instructor accepts a booking, the learner's full name, phone number, email address and pickup details are shared with that instructor, and the instructor's details are shared with the learner.

5. Payment information

Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by DriveBooked. We retain a payment reference, amount and status against your booking.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. Email drivebooked@outlook.com and we will respond within one month.

7. Data controller details

The data controller is DriveBooked. All privacy and data-protection enquiries should be sent to drivebooked@outlook.com. ICO registration details will be published here once confirmed.
